Loihtu villa accommodates 15 people. Loihtu’s ground floor offers a large open-plan space for dining and socializing and two restrooms, a spacious entry lobby, an 8-person electric sauna and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find 6 bedrooms and a loft with high quality beds and a spacious lounge area with comfortable sofas, as well as two restrooms with shower cabins. The villa is equipped with a high-speed broadband connection and Wi-Fi. For added entertainment, there’s a portable JBL Partybox Bluetooth speaker with both microphone and guitar inputs, perfect for gatherings and events.
Outdoor Sauna and Terrace Areas for Celebrations and Evenings Together
The villa features a wood-fired outdoor sauna, renovated in summer 2022, accommodating 15 people and equipped with the largest Iki-Kiuas stove, holding 300 kg of stones, for an exceptional sauna experience. In front of the sauna, there’s a spacious 50 m² covered terrace complete with a dining area and a Weber Genesis six burner gas grill, perfect for delightful barbecue parties and evening gatherings
In addition, the villa boasts an expansive covered terrace of over 100 m² with comfortable seating areas and a relaxing outdoor hot tub.
For an authentic Lapland experience, enjoy the open fire grill hut accommodating 15 people, featuring reindeer hides, horns and starlit sky lighting.
